Female Therapist

Minimum 2 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, couples, or family)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary
  • Educate clients on coping strategies, stress management, and wellness practices
  • Stay current on research, best practices, and licensure requirements
  • Comply with ethical, legal, and organizational standards

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Valid state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a clinical or counseling setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in case management and documentation tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with trauma-informed care or CBT/DBT modalities
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms
  • Cultural competence and inclusive practice approach
